When your order arrives at the shipping address it will be lowered off of the truck onto the curb, driveway, or in many cases into a garage, and it is then your responsibility to move the item(s) from that point. If you are unable to move the item(s) from there by yourself, please make sure that you have someone available to help you when the delivery arrives.

Most orders will arrive to you within 5 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days.

Delivery time on special orders will be dependent on the vendor and we will notify you when your product will ship and make arrangements for pick up or delivery. 

Store pick-up

Should you choose to pick up your product at our Palm Springs location, we will have the product ready for you to do so. We will bring your product out to you and it will be your responsibility to load and secure your purchase for transport.
